Hi! *waves ecstatically*

I’m Carlye!  And I’m so damn excited you’ve decided to begin your happy-mess journey: finding happiness through the beautiful mess of motherhood!  I’ve been where you are; overcommitted, constantly stressed, irritated more than you’d like to admit, knowing something’s gotta’ give, but unsure what that is.  Am I close?

It’s okay my friend.  Wherever it is you’re coming from, that reason you’ve wound up here- it’s okay.  Do you know how I know that?  Because I too was there.  See above.

First things first.  Let’s agree to forgive ourselves where we’re coming from.  Deal?  Because only then can we really move forward.  Now, let’s begin.

Your mission, should you chose to accept, is to take a deep dive into where you came from (while being forgiving), take a good look at where you are in the present, and then intentionally figure out how to move forward.

Research tells us that when we consistently practice self-care, and work intentionally to increase our happiness, our kids are also happier.  What?!  I know this seems impossible, but I promise you that it’s true.  Dozens of studies, and psychologists have told us it’s true.  AND so many of my clients, including me know it to be true.  By taking this deep dive, looking at where you came from, where you are, and where you want to go; using the tools I’ve set up for you, you will become a happier person and therefore a happier mom.  The only thing you have to do is be willing.

This isn’t for the faint of heart. You have to be willing, to be honest, and forgiving; and, you absolutely have to be ready to work.  This won’t work, you won’t find happiness in this beautiful mess of ours if you walk away at the first sign of discomfort.

SO, buckle up.  Pull-on those big girl britches and let’s go.  I’ve got you the whole way, you simply have to begin.  Go.
